Pregnancy and back pain goes hand in hand, and it is experienced by almost every woman. It has no particular time to occur and may happen at any time during the period of pregnancy. Causes of back pain during pregnancy

• Avoid bending over to pick up anything. Rather replace it with a squat each time.
• Try to sleep sideways and not on your back. This will provide you with enough comfort.
• Follow the exercises as directed by your doctor. It will help your back to become stronger and supportive.
• During the time of pregnancy, it is better to avoid shoes with high heels or anything that provides less support.
• Take proper rest and enough of it. This will relax the back and reduce the pain.
• If it is possible then try wearing the belt under the lower abdomen to provide support.
